Hi there, I'm Tiffany, the heart behind Capturing Happy Memories!

If you had asked me years ago what I'd be doing now, photography wouldn't have been my first answer, I actually earned my bachelor's degree in human services, thinking I'd follow a path rooted in helping people - and in many ways, I still do. But my husband saw something in me before I even realized it myself: an undeniable passion for photography. With his encouragement and my heart on fire, I pursued that dream all the way to earning my Master of Fine Arts in Photography.

Growing up, I tore through disposable cameras like they were going out of style. I didn't realize it back then, but I was already documenting life's little joys - the same ones I now get to freeze in time for others. And so, Capturing Happy Memories was born - named after my three beautiful children: Caleb, Hayley, and Marylynn. This business is a love letter to them and to every family that invites me to tell their story.

Since 2023, I've been capturing portraits and family milestones professionally, and while that's where my heart shines the brightest, I never want to be boxed in. I constantly challenge myself to deliver exceptional, dynamic images in every genre - from editorial fashion shoots to playful, candid family moments.

My style is best described as coached candid - the kind that feels natural and fun, with just enough direction to avoid awkward angles or forced smiles. I adore fashion and editorial work for the creativity it allows, but my true joy lies in capturing raw, joyful, silly, and emotional moments that define real people and real stories.

When you book a session with me, you're not just getting a photographer - You're getting a creative partner who's already dreaming up the perfect mood board and lighting plan for your shoot. I offer digital galleries and optional print products to preserve your memories in whatever way feels most meaningful to you.

What sets Capturing Happy Memories apart is that I bring my whole self to every session: the spunky, down-to-earth mom, the former Human Services student, the passionate artist, and the warm, open-hearted Christian who leads with love. I know how nerve-wracking it can be to get in front of the camera - especially for little ones! But when your kids go from hiding behind your legs to running around with joy, laughing, and being themselves, I know we've created something special together. And in those wild, chaotic moments? That's where the magic lives.

I Believe every family deserves images that are personal, emotional, and uniquely theirs - not cookie-cutter copies of someone else's session. Your vision matters to me, and I tailor every shoot to match your personality and vibe, ensuring your photos are as one-of-a-kind as your story.
